1. About RoyalRelay

RoyalRelay is a Windows desktop application designed to provide streaming support tools for content creators, streamers, and their authorized moderators.

Available features may vary by version, and additional tools and integrations may be introduced as RoyalRelay continues development.

2. Information handled by the current beta

The Poll Builder beta can access information from a user-configured local Streamer.bot installation, including poll titles, answer choices, vote totals, and related poll state. Depending on how the streamer configures Streamer.bot and their streaming platform, poll activity may relate to viewer accounts or usernames. RoyalRelay may process such information when interacting with locally connected tools.

The desktop app also stores certain configuration and appearance settings on the user's device, including Streamer.bot connection preferences and customization choices.

3. How this information is used

RoyalRelay uses this information to provide and manage the functions that the user chooses to operate, such as connecting to Streamer.bot, creating or managing polls, and displaying their state. The current beta requires the user to configure compatible local software for these features.

4. Local connections and outside services

The current Poll Builder communicates with a locally configured Streamer.bot WebSocket service. Streamer.bot and any connected streaming platforms are separate services with their own settings and privacy practices. Activity sent to those services may be processed under their respective policies.

RoyalRelay is not currently advertised as having its own cloud account service. Future versions may handle information differently, and this policy will be updated before materially different data handling is introduced.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Some RoyalRelay preferences are stored locally in the application's web-based storage. Poll records may be persisted by Streamer.bot according to its configuration and the user's actions. Users should protect their computers and limit access to any local Streamer.bot WebSocket endpoint.

This policy does not claim that information is encrypted, automatically deleted, or never transmitted by third-party software.

6. Your choices

Users can disconnect RoyalRelay from Streamer.bot and manage polls or stored information in the relevant application. Uninstalling RoyalRelay does not necessarily delete data stored by Streamer.bot or a streaming platform. Contact us for questions about data handled by RoyalRelay.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the beta evolves, including when new integrations or account features are introduced. The current version will be published at this address.
